About us

Much Better Adventures is a new travel service shaking things up to make holiday hunting easier for customers. We specialise in saving people time finding their ideal ski chalet, road biking, mountain biking and walking/trekking holidays.

We have variously been described in the past as ‘One of the Best Travel Websites Ever’ by the Guardian, ‘An innovative tool that changes how customers book holidays’ by the Financial Times, and ‘Chalet Hunting Made Easy’ by the Ski Club of Great Britain.


The role

Due to growing demand we are looking for a Head of Sales to join us asap. We are ideally looking for someone with a great track record in ski agency sales who can hit the ground running, but will consider others with a background in travel sales more widely.

This is initially a 4 month position, with the possibility of a long term role for the right person to work with us and build their team.

You will be further enhancing our innovative and proven system by providing a personal service to customers to help them find and book their holiday.

You will enjoy an excellent relationship with suppliers (tour operators and accommodation providers), and have access to a range of holiday options few competitors can offer.

You can work from wherever you wish – could be ideal for someone looking to do a winter season and also advance their career or gain start-up experience.

The founders work remotely from Bristol, London and Morzine.

You will be working as a key player alongside the founders, so we hope you will share our strong self motivation, drive, ambition and passion.

A passion for skiing, biking, hiking and exploring is essential!



We offer a base salary + significant commission share based on hitting agreed targets, making a very competitive total salary.

This is a full time position. Timings of your working day can be flexible to suit you.
