This week long course has been designed to mimic working a winter season, allowing students on the course to fully understand the structure of a typical working day. In addition to cookery, we use the chalet environment to teach critical chalet operation techniques needed to become a successful dinner party host or chalet chef.
The price includes luxury accommodation in Black Diamond Lodge, Sainte Foy, transfers from Geneva airport to Sainte Foy and back, a complete chalet cookery and chalet management training manual, a seven day menu plan, NVQ level 2 kitchen health and safety training, all materials and ingredients and a job placement service from an industry HR expert.
